Cooley's was a saloon in Ratwater.

The saloon purchases Native American scalps. Mexican scalps are purchased as well but at half price.
The Saloon has rooms for sleeping and prostitution.
History[]
When the cowboy arrived in Ratwater to purchase medicine, he went to Cooley's while waiting. The Cowboy saw a man beat to death in the backroom and the mans wife raped.[1]
The following day, the man returned to a bar, believing a family of pioneers from St. Louis would follow the same fate. When he arrived, he learned they were selling scalps.[1]
