Mr. Murphy was a pioneer in 1881.
Biography[]
Mr. Murphy left St. Louis with his family due to the degenerational turpitude. Mr. Murphy and his family ran into the Cowboy while travelling. They invited him to join them for dinner. Mr. Murphy described the west as a paradise and asked if the cowboy agreed, though the latter shared his disagreements.[1]
Mr. Murphy and his family made it to Ratwater as the cowboy left. While there, Mr. Murphy sold scalps, at a saloon.[2]
Mr. Murphy was killed alongside MacReady and the other customers in the saloon by the Cowboy.[3]
