Scott Loach was the brother of Tracy Loach.
Biography[]
When Scott's mother ruckus outside, calling Eugene Root a murderer, Scott and his brother watched outside their home. Scott was left confused when his mother suddenly forgave Eugene.[1]
Days later, Scott greeted Eugene in the hallway at school. That day, Scott joined Eugene for lunch, much to Eugene's surprise. Later, Scott invited Eugene to a culvert with his friends. At the culvert, Scott and his friends lit fireworks.[2]
